Toughbook Repair - Justin Cracknell

To the point... FANTASTIC!! - Full story... firstly I purchased my Toughbook from these guys & got really helpful advice on the correct spec for me, not a bad price & delivered promptly - I used it non-stop 8hrs+ a day without fail for nearly 2 years until the mousepad wore out, took it to my local PC guy who had a go at repair & they were really helpful with info for him, sadly the repair was beyond their expertise so I sent it back to Fully Rugged for repair, after a few days they called to say it was ready - I braced myself for the bill, only to be told they looked it up & it was still under warranty for another year so there was no charge! - not even the postage had to be paid!! Top service guys & thanks a million, Toughbook is back working a treat!!! 100% I'm going straight back to you for my next one...
