All Toughbooks come with a 1 year 2 year or 3 year return to
base hardware warranty and all major parts are covered. Consumable parts such as
chargers & batteries are not warrantied, which is industry standard. Software or internet
related faults are not covered in any shape or form. It is the responsibility of the user to back up the windows operating system in case re-installation is required. we also offer our customers preferred rates
on repairs. It is the responsibility of the buyer
to cover any postage costs incurred on a returned item.
